DEADLINES/TATIt takes a week or two to complete a piece, but it will always be subject to the complexity of the composition and the characters. I will start working on the commission when I receive half payment at the beggining (frontal payment), and the rest when the work is finished. Full payment is required when the total amount is $10.You will receive up to 3 WIPS (work in progress) to make corrections or changes; when the commission is completed, you make the final part of the payment and I send you the high resolution version to and email or media you provide.(Side note: If you have to change something relevant after the 3 WIPS, there's an extra recharge of 50% of the original price that will be added at the end of the payment)If I am unable to terminate the commission for any reason that prevents me, __ I will make a full refund.__

PLAZOSToma entre una semana o dos completar un trabajo, pero siempre estará sujeto a la complejidad de la composición y de los personajes. Intento no exceder un mes como tiempo máximo de espera. Si hay fecha de entrega prevista, por favor informármelo antes de concretar el pedido.PAGOSPayPal o Mercado Pago, si estás en Argentina. Consúltame si tu pago es en dólares.Comenzaré a trabajar en la comisión cuando reciba el 50% del precio final por adelantado. Si el monto es inferior a 1000 pesos o 10u$S, el pago es por adelantado. Una vez abonado, recibirás 3 instancias del progreso (o WIPS); y en la entrega final se completa el pago con el envío de la versión en alta resolución a tu email o medio de preferencia.(Nota: Si por algún motivo se debe cambiar el trabajo después de las revisiones anteriormente pautadas, se cobrará un extra del 50% del precio final acordado, abonándose en la segunda parte del pago)Si no puedo terminar la comisión por cualquier motivo que me lo impida, realizaré un reembolso completo.

All requested processes or scketchs will have a non-transferable watermark.
The delivery formats will be in .png or .psd (editable layers), according to the client's needs.
** If the commission is for commercial use (brand, social networks, products), an additional 40% will be applied in the final price of the work. ** This instance must be discussed at the moment you hire my services.
I'm allowed to display the finished artwork on any of my social media, galleries, portfolio, etc., unless asked not to.
REPOSTING AND USE
It is allowed, as long as I am properly credited by placing my name and adding a link to any of my social media (none of "art doesn't belong to me; all rights to artists"). If you're not sure how to give credits, ask first.
It is not allowed to edit my art in any way, except I give permission for a specific issue. If you are going to re-upload a full image, any signature or watermark must remain intact.
Under no circumstances I allow my drawings to be redistributed for commercial and / or lucrative purposes (for example, mugs, prints, t-shirts, etc.), unless I have given my written permission after discussing it, or it has been scheduled commercial use of the image. ** Any reproduction without my consent constitutes an infringement of copyright. **
Downloading and / or editing my art for any personal use like avatars or wallpapers is fine. Anyway ** if you like my drawings I would greatly appreciate monetary support in any form. Either in a donation, tip or buy something in my store. **Don't hesitate to ask!
No se emitirán devoluciones ni reembolsos después de que se complete la comisión. Esto incluye quejas sobre cualquier detalle faltante o malas interpretaciones una vez finalizada la ilustración. Todas las correcciones deben ser informadas durante el proceso de creación (por eso es importante hacer uso de las 3 revisiones mencionadas en la sección pagos). El cliente es responsable de verificar el trabajo en progreso e informar cualquier cambio.
Todos los procesos o scketchs de prueba pagos solicitados tendrán una marca de agua intransferible.
Los formatos de entrega serán en .png o .psd (capas editables), acorde a la necesidad del cliente.
Si la comisión es para uso comercial (marca, redes sociales, producto), se aplicará un 40% adicional al precio final del trabajo, al ceder los derechos sobre la imagen. Esta instancia debe ser planteada en el momento de la contratación.
Se me permite exhibir la obra de arte terminada en cualquiera de mis redes sociales, galerías, portfolio, etc., a menos que se me solicite no compartirla.
REPOSTEO Y USO
Está permitido siempre que se me acredite correctamente colocando mi nombre y un enlace a cualquiera de mis cuentas (nada de "el arte no me pertenece; todos los derechos a los artistas"). Si no estás seguro si se puede repostear un dibujo en particular o cómo dar créditos, preguntá primero.
No está permitido editar mi arte de ningún modo, a excepción de que yo de el permiso por alguna cuestión puntual. Si vas a resubir una imagen completa, cualquier firma o marca de agua debe permanecer intacta.

Bajo ninguna circunstancia permito redistribuir mis dibujos con fines comerciales y/o lucrativos (por ejemplo, pero no limitado a: tazas, estampados, remeras, etc.), a menos que haya otorgado mi permiso por escrito después de conversarlo, o se haya pautado previamente el uso comercial de la imagen. Cualquier reproducción sin mi consentimiento constituye una infracción de los derechos de autor.REUTILIZACION
Descargar y/o editar mi arte para cualquier uso personal, como avatares o fondos de pantalla, está bien. De todos modos, si te gustan mis dibujos, agradecería muchísimo el apoyo monetario en cualquier forma. Ya sea en forma de donación, propina o comprar algo en mi tienda.¡No dudes en consultar!
